Return and Preorder Policy:
Thank you for choosing VCS Apparel! Before making a purchase or placing a preorder, please read our return and preorder policy below.
Preorder Turnaround Times:
For preorders, there will be a 7 to 28 business days turnaround after the preorder end date. After the items you ordered arrive and pass inspection, we will then ship them out, which will take an additional 2 to 5 business days.
Return Policy:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please follow our return policy guidelines:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the specific item you purchased, please get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return item. We'll inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@VCSApparel.com.
